WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MANDEVILLE
As we close in on the last 6 weeks of this election, there’s so much to be positive about. Below is a just a handful of things I love about our home, things that I believe define our City:

Our Sense of Community.
Our locally and family owned Small Businesses.
Our History and our Historic District.
Our unique connection with the Water.
Our Tammany Trace and Trailhead.
Our Trees.
Our Visitors.
Our exceptional Police Department.
Our Landmarks and Traditions.
Our Citizens and their passion for our Home.
Our Marinas and our Sailing Community.
Our Events, open to all.
Our Local Restaurants and restauranteurs.
Our City Hall and everyone that works there.
Our Relationships with the Parish and State.
Our neighbor Fontainebleau State Park.

And there’s much more to thankful for in our fair town, and there still a lot left of it to fight to preserve.

Be wary of prophets of doom, proponents of change for the sake of change, and political stunts disguised as concern for the City’s future.

Think about who we are, what we love, and what we want to keep for as long as we can. That’s what I choose to focus on and that’s why my job isn’t finished yet.
